We filter Resident Profiles
Each tenant goes through a selection process prior to being accepted into the Shared House. Thanks to this System we make sure that every Resident is suitable for Coexistence.
Minimum Stay of 3 Months
Our service is exclusively aimed at all individuals who plan to settle in the home for a minimum period of 3 months, as we provide regular housing (not tourist use). We appreciate Stability and Coexistence Thank you.
